Daffodils is for 12 children aged 3 months to 2 years (approx.) Bluebells is for 23 children aged 2 – 3 years (approx.) Sunflowers is for 30 children aged 3 – 5 years How do the children learn? In all three rooms staff, children and parents plan activities and learning experiences for the children from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This ensures a balanced curriculum and supports the individual children’s needs and development. They are also encouraged to make choices and actively participate in their own learning and are able to select their own resources. We assess children’s progress and make sure each child is prepared for their next setting or school. What happens if I am interested in my child starting at the nursery? All parents are encouraged to visit the setting, meet the staff and see the environment we provide for our children. Your child’s Key Person and another staff member would come to your home for the next visit as this is an environment both parents and children feel comfortable in. Child visits to the nursery will be arranged during the home visits to ensure the transition is as relaxed as possible. What will it cost? - We accept childcare vouchers.
- Parents who earn a low income or have help through benefits can claim child tax credits to help pay towards their nursery fees.
- Parents that wish to attend training may be able to get help with their childcare fees, as a nursery we support and accept payment from companies to help towards your Childs care.
